Mr Benz got purchased as a temporary replacement for another car that was delayed in the paintshop while we needed a suitable vehicle for a romantic vacation..the way the story goes. I might as well confess that I have a soft spot for cool, timeless German elegance and this has been one of my favourite designs since I was sitting in the sand box playing with Matchbox models. After a fantastic summer of 2019 – spent top down most of the days – and some minor incidents such a flat tires and various malfunctions he now feels like a family member.
